Mission

At Casa Alterna, we practice radical hospitality and faithful resistance.

We welcome vulnerable immigrants by offering radical hospitality and intentional community living. We create supportive spaces where healing and new beginnings can grow. Since coming to Atlanta in 2020, we have opened our doors to hundreds of people from more than 50 countries, offering care, safety, and renewal.

We also stand in strong solidarity with people caught in the U.S. deportation system. In times of fear and uncertainty, we walk alongside immigrants with compassion and courage. We share know-your-rights information, connect people at risk of detention with legal support, and offer a humane alternative to ICE rooted in peace, dignity, and love that crosses borders.
