Be Still (Poem)

BE vigilant, wise, and calm,
STILL thyself to the speed of soul,
AND embrace this sabbath as a balm;
KNOW that all thou knoweth is not the whole,
THAT anxiety is prone to lie.
I am greater than my fear, I
AM sure that love is nigh, for
GOD eternal, Thou art ever near.
