Here’s a heartwarming story featuring one of our recent guests, “Allen,” from East Asia. Allen’s outgoing, bubbly nature and fascinating background as a pasta maker in his homeland brought a special gift. Our guest insisted on creating a delightful dinner for all of us, which was simply delicious.

At Casa Alterna, we always seek to build relationships of mutuality. We exist to connect with others, celebrate the rich tapestry of diversity surrounding us, and share moments of joy even amid challenging times.

As we gathered around the kitchen and savored the yummy dish that Allen lovingly prepared, we were reminded of a profound truth – that there is indeed that of God within everyone. And the Divine delights in the gracious act of sharing a meal prepared with love.
